7 SouthPoint is an airy and spacious 2 bedroom condo with vaulted
wood ceilings, huge picture windows and a floor area of 1467sq ft.
There is a private deck with Hot Tub.
Access to the condo is via a covered hallway to the front door. Once
inside there is an internal door to the garage, a bench and a closet
for your outdoor clothing. The single flight of stairs takes you up
to the living accommodation.
On the South side of the condo is the 'Great Room' which is,
naturally, south facing with large picture windows and lovely views.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with island, bar and bar stools.
The seating area is around the stone-surround gas fireplace and TV /
DVD / stereo. Also here is the dining area and access to the deck and
Hot Tub.
On the North-facing side of the condo is the laundry center (washing
machine and tumble dryer), main and en-suite bathrooms and 2 large
bedrooms, both with built in cupboards and window seats. One bedroom
has a Queen bed, the other a King bed and en-suite bathroom with
steam shower.
We have lovely views to the South from our large picture windows and
deck. Nearest to us, we look out at the trees and skirun to the
Gondola base station and further afield towards the Monashee
Mountains

Living Area
Is spacious with valuted wood ceilings, wooden floor, stone-surround
gas fireplace and wood blinds at the windows.
The sectional sofa will seat up to 6 people.
The gas fireplace is surrounded by natural stone and the maple
cabinets house the TV / DVD and stereo (cassette and CD). At the end
of the cabinets is a built-in wine rack and bar area.
Between the wine rack and the kitchen is a handy area if you need to
do any work on your computer. There are two work places with a phone
socket for Internet access.
Kitchen / Island / Dining Area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you are likely to need
for your stay. If you like to cook, you'll find plenty of pots, pans,
baking trays, serving dishes and storage containers. There are place
settings for 8 people - cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses etc. All the
countertops are granite and the island has four bar stools for
informal seating.
Major appliances include a large 'American style' fridge / freezer
(with built-in ice-maker and chilled & filtered water dispenser),
cooker (electric), microwave and dishwasher.
Minor appliances include kettle, coffee machine, toaster and blender.
The dining area has a large dining table which will easily seat 6
people.
Master Bedroom
The spacious master bedroom, with King size bed, has vaulted wooden
ceilings, built in shelves and drawers and a large walk-in closet.
There are both wooden blinds and curtains at the window, which has a
window seat where you can relax.
There is also a TV with inbuilt DVD player plus clock-radio and
telephone
A quality guest fold-up bed can be set up for a child if required.
The en-suite bathroom has granite counter-tops and plenty of storage.
A hairdyer is provided.
The shower doubles as a 'steam shower' for a relaxing 'sauna'
Main Bedroom
The main bedroom is also spacious with vaulted wooden ceilings and
both wooden blinds and curtains at the window. The room has a Queen
bed and there are built in closets and drawers and a comfy window
seat for you to relax on and watch the world go by!
A quality guest fold-up bed can be set up for a child if required.
There is also a clock-radio.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom has granite counter-tops and plenty of storage
space. The bath and shower have a sliding glass screen. A hairdryer
is provided.
Deck and Hot Tub
There are lovely views down to Happy Valley and across to the
Monashee Mountains from our deck.
On the Deck, the Hot Tub will accommodate 4-6 people for a realxing
soak after a day on the slopes!
The Tub is a bromine (rather than chlorine) one and will be checked
for the correct chemical balance and water level every other day that
you stay.

Big White Ski Resort is situated in the beautiful mountains of
British Columbia, Canada.

It is Canada’s largest, and British Columbia’s highest, totally ski-
in/ski-out resort village. The village is at 5706ft, with a summit of
7606ft and Gem Lake base at 4950ft.
It covers 7355 acres with nearly 2765 patrolled skiable acres. There
are 118 designated runs and 27 un-named runs comprising 18% Beginner,
56% Intermediate and 26% Expert. The longest run is 4.5 miles (7.2
kms).

Policies...
Minimum Stay - Check for special deals and availablity throughout the
season!
Delivery of Instructions and Access Information - eMailed to you when
balance of payment is made and within 14 days of your arrival.
Check-In Time - 4pm Earlier check in may be available.
Check-Out Time - 10am Later check out may be available
Cancellation - Deposit payment is non-refundable Balance payment is
refundable, less 5% transaction fees, if booking is cancelled more
than 60 days before arrival date. Reservations cancelled 59 days or
less before arrival date are only refundable if we replace your
booking with someone else.
Smoking - No Smoking permitted under any circumstances If there is
evidence of smoking in the condo a charge of C$500 will be charged to
your credit card.
Pets - Sorry - pets are not permitted.
Housekeeping - The condo will be clean on your arrival. Additional
cleaning, new sheets / linens may be scheduled at the guest's request
and expense.
Maintenance Emergencies - Full Emergency Contact details are in the
information booklet provided to each guest.
Terms of Eviction - 2 complaints will result in eviction. You can be
evicted for excessive noice, common and private property damage or
disturbing the peace.
Courtesy Hold Reservations - We can not hold any reservation without
payment.
Resort Information - Full details of the resort facilities is
provided in the unit. Visit on the web.
Delayed Arrivals - No refunds - we are not responsible for delayed
arrivals.
Maximum Sleeping Capacity - 6 people
Minimum Age Requirement - Must be a responsible adult
Late Reservation Payments - Failure to pay by the due date will
result in automatic cancellation of your booking. You can re-book
the dates if they are still avaliable by paying the balance in full.
Property Damage - Guests assume all financial responsibility for
property damage incurred. By accepting our guest stay contract, with
on-line payment, you agree to pay us for all damages you incur.
Liability We are not responsible for any bodily harm to guests or
guests of guests while they are on our property or at any location in
Big White and the transit to or from Big White for your holiday.
Reservation Changes Reservations may be changed in compliance with
our cancellation policy. You may lengthen your reservation if
availability permits. If you would like to shorten your reservation,
please note that your deposit calculated on the original amount is
non-refundable. If you have already paid the balance, then your
balance is similarly non-refundable. If you have not paid the
balance, then it will be re-adjusted to reflect your shortened
reservation.
Reservation Guarantee - If the property becomes unavailable due to
damage prior to your arrival. We will attempt to re-locate you to a
similar property. If there are any rate increases, we will contribute
up to C$100 per night towards rate equalization. If we can not re-
locate you, you will receive a full refund. We recommend you take out
Travel Insurance.
Excessive Noise - Will result in eviction. Please respect other
people.
