Welcome to Sundance Bear's guest house. Roam 86 acres of canyon, 
pasture and woods. Bright sunshine most days; incredible sky filled 
with stars at night.
Enjoy casual luxury with a hint of Santa Fe.
Beds are King plus single, king, 2 queens in the three bedrooms, 
There is also an air cushion mattress sleeper sofa in the living 
room.  Handicap accessible. Flat screenTV/DVD and video library, lots 
of books and magazines 
for relaxation time. Pet welcome with prior OK from owners.
Hot tub is at the main lodge building. 

All linens and towels provided. Kitchen well equipped for preparing 
meals for large groups. Extra robes and sweat shirts in the closets --
just in case.

10 miles to the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. 30 minutes to 
Durango to ride the steam train to Silverton. Day trips galore to 
Chaco Canyon, Hovenweep on Trail of the Ancients historic byway, 
Telluride, Moab. Drive the San Juan Scenic Skyway. 
This is your base camp for experiencng the 4 Corners region. Horeack 
ride in mountains or canyons. Go for an old fashioned stagecoach 
ride. So many fun things to experience you will want to stay one 
more day.

Weekly and monthly rates available October - April.  Call for 
details.
Daily rates May - Sept. $310/night  No mimimum length stay but 
$35 cleaning fee for one night stay.$10 discount/night on weekly stay.
Guest House can be rented as 2 separate units; 1 bed/bath for $125 
and 2 bed/1bath for $215.
2 week cancellation policy applies all year.
