Pointe that sleeps 6. Located on North-end of Carolina Beach
overlooking marina, with ocean, marsh/ocean & ICW (Intracoastal
Waterway) view. Building has elevator if needed. On site enclosed
pool-hot tub area, tennis courts, picnic tables for guest usage and
nice wooden boardwalk over to beach. Fishing pier is also close by
with good fishing action.
You can bring your boat and park in marina. $1.25 per foot/per night
or 7.50 per foot for 7 days.. Close to Carolina
Beach inlet, and on intracoastal waterway(ICW). You can cruise down to
Southport, Bald Head Island, Myrtle Beach or up CapeFear river to
Wilmington.
Unit has stack washer/dryer, microwave, elec stove, refg w/icemaker,
wet bar, 2 full baths, sleeper sofa, cable tv, DVD, A/C. TV in
main area is 17" Sony Trinitron color with smaller one in master bedroom.
Unit is fully furnished and ready to be your fun place...Sit on back
deck looking towards marina and high level bridge over ICW. out the
front area you can stand by the rail and see ocean and marsh area.
Foot path to beach with bridge that spans marsh area is nice to use
for short walks on
the beach, or going to fishing pier.
Also included are 2 "Rio" beach chairs, a large 50" umbrella with sand
anchor with table that holds four cups and other item, a
60 Qt. wheeled cooler, wave rider "boggie" boards.
Driving your 4x4 on northend and southend beach is by permit only. you
pay $10.00 per day for the day or $40.00? for yearly. same on southend
down by NC Aquarium. More to do and less people on southend, Near Ft
Fisher and Southport Ferry.
Speaking of the ferry, you can take the ferry to Southport and
back by car, takes 30 mins and cost 5 bucks per car per ride. A nice
way to see the river and travel on the ICW at Cape Fear Inlet.
For weekly rentals usage or nightly w/2 night min. holiday's w/3 night

check in 3pm check out by 10am. extended check out till 2 pm add $35.00
Pots, pans, silverware, dishes and most kitchen stuff in the unit.
Also full size refrigerator with ice maker.
Unit is clean and fresh but if you are looking for the latest upgrades
in appliances or fancy technology gadgets this might not be the place
to stay.
If you want a nice clean place to stay near the beach with a
pool and hottub,
where you can open the doors and let the ocean breeze blow through,
give it a look. You can go down to the marina, walk on the docks
and watch the boats and the coming and goings along the ICW.
And don't forget if you have a favorite pan/ pillow etc. bring it..
