fishing.  You've really discovered paradise when you come to the 
Ruidoso area.

fishing, sightseeing tours, historical sights, Native-American arts 
and crafts, several golf courses.  Day trips to White Sands Historic 
Site, Three-rivers Petroglyph site, Valley of Fires State site, 
Alamagordo, the outlaw Billy the Kid sites.  Only about 50 miles to 
Roswell, NM (alleged alien crash site). Only 2 hour drive to El 
Paso.  And best of all, many views of 12,000 foot Sierra Blanca 
Mountain.
