Over Yonder Maui Bed and Breakfast is situated on two acres of koa
forest, fruit trees and organic gardens overlooking Lilikoi Gulch in
the Kokomo area of Haiku, Maui.  This all-wood home featuring antique
furniture and Hawaiiana is just 20 minutes from the airport, within
easy driving distance of Hana and the summit of Mount Haleakala .  
The north shore Maui windsurfing beaches of Ho’okipa and Jaws are a 15
minute drive; Baldwin Beach (a mile long crescent of white sand) and
the seaside town of Pa’ia (one of a kind shops, restaurants, art
galleries) are 5 minutes further.  The upcountry town of Makawao is
three miles the other direction and offers horseback riding, unique
shops, a Saturday farmers’ market, art galleries and restaurants.  
Guests are invited to use the living & dining room, sunroom,
television room (Cable TV, DVD, library and wireless internet), and
laundry room. A covered lanai with refrigerator and microwave adjoins
both rooms. 
The Plumeria Suite has a queen bed and ensuite bath, while the Blue
Ginger Room is furnished with a double bed and has an adjoining
private bathroom. A tropical breakfast of fruit platter, homemade
sweet bread, granola, coffee, tea, decaf and orange juice.
breakfast are offered by this traditional B&B.

Common area includes livingroom, sunroom, tv room, two decks with
ocean and forest views; and a guest lanai with refrigerator.  Wireless
internet, cable TV, DVD player, CD player and a video and audio
library.  Breakfast is served between 7:30 and 9:00 a.m. and features
a tropical fruit plate, homemade sweet bread, granola, orange juice,
and choice of coffee, tea or decaf.

All the sights and pleasures of Maui are available from this central
location.  The resorts of Kaanapali and Wailea are an hour's drive,the
summit of Haleakala is an hour and Hana is a two hour drive.  North
Shore windsurfing beaches are 15 minutes away.

RESERVATIONS:
Plumeria Suite:  From April 16 through December 19,minimum of three
nights stay will be charged at
$115.00 per night.  10% Discount for four nights’ or more - $103.50
                 From December 20 through April 15, minimum of three
nights stay will be charged at
$130.00 per night.  10% Discount for four nights or more - $117.00 

Blue Ginger Room:  04/16 - 12/19 Minimum of three nights’ stay will be
charged at $100.00 per night.  10% Discount for four nights or more -
$90.00
                 From December 20 through April 15, minimum of three
nights stay will be charged at
$115.00 per night.  10% Discount for four nights or more $103.50


Hawaii State TAT and GET taxes totaling 11.42% will be added.

Half of the payment is required at the time of reservation.
That amount will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled 30 days
prior to check-in date.  Half of the deposit will be refunded if
cancelled 15 days prior.  After that, the entire deposit will be
forfeited.
