Hale Nui is a beautiful Oahu vacation rental home located in 
picturesque Kailua.  Our four bedroom , three bath, 2300 square 
foot, canal-front vacation rental on a third acre has been totally 
remodeled for gracious Hawaiian living.  Our home is located in an 
upscale neighborhood, and our large newly landscaped backyard and 
patio overlook the serene Kawainui canal - perfect for watching the 
ducks, launching the provided kayaks or grilling some fresh fish and 
enjoying a quiet, peaceful evening waterside.  

Hale Nui is a stand-alone home... there are no other rental units on 
the property.  

The tiled swimming pool, landscaped with tropical foliage and 
flowers into the front yard, boasts a waterfall and wading pool for 
children.  A 6 foot fence surrounds the perimeter of the yard for 
your complete privacy.  

World famous Kailua Beach is a short 8-10 minute walk away or you 
can kayak there via the canal!  

Our home is air conditioned for your comfort, or if you prefer 
natural air,  open up the double french doors and let the cool 
tradewinds waft in.  

A welcome basket of Hawaiian goodies and a personalized packet of 
info about the house and the surrounding area will be waiting for 
you when you arrive. 

Swimming Pool, Air Conditioning, Phone, Cable TV, DVD player, 
Stereo, Fully-equipped, brand new kitchen with granite counters, 
Slate Floors, Food Processor, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator 
with automatic Ice Maker, Toaster, Blender, Food processor, Cooking 
Utensils, Flatware, Luxurious Linens on beds,Towels (both beach & 
bath), Washer & Dryer, Dual headed shower and jacuzzi tub in master 
bath (The king bedroom and one of the queen bedrooms have bathrooms 
en-suite,) Covered Parking, Gas grill (BBQ), Tandem and Single 
Kayaks with life vests provided (the equivalent rental would be $108 
per day) Beach Toys, Pool Toys, Cookbooks, High Chair, Portable 
Crib, Stroller, Front yard and backyard umbrella and chairs. No 
Smoking indoors please.

Priate swimming pool with waterfall and wading area for kids.  In 
the backyard, is the Kawainui Canal which has direct access to #1 
rated Kailua Beach. We provide two kayaks (a single and a double) 
for your private use. Launch them from the backyard into the canal 
and paddle the 20 minutes to the beach!

30 day minimum rentals ONLY

From $10k per month plus taxes and $500 one-time cleaning fee. 
Rates vary for high season.  

We take 50% of your total to hold the booking, and the balance 30 
days prior to your arrival. 

Cancellations subject to 15% service charge.
