queen size bed, the futon on the Lanai sleeps one and the couch in
the living room can sleep 2. Upstairs in the loft there are 2 twin
beds and a private bath. Also, floor space and mats are available
for small kids:-)

My unit is accross from 1 of the 3 pools. It backs up to the golf
course at Turtle Bay and the lanai views the 3rd hole. You are able
to enjoy the Spa and exercise classes at the resort for the same
fees as the guests. There is a nice swimming beach less than a mile
and plenty more just a short drive away!

Enjoy the beauty of Oahu, away from the city!!! It is a relaxed
area just a 10 minute drive from a nice grocery store & Starbucks!
Turtle Bay resort offes all the ammenities of a Hawaiian vacation
such as the Spa, Resturants, Shops, Music...this is all less than a
mile from this unit. At the unit you enjoy a quiet atmosphere
right on the golf course to RELAX!

I like to vacation, and to eliminate the actual COST for the
lodging in exchange for the same is GREAT! This is a vacation
rental for me so the exchange does not need to be simultaneous. I
will only trade on places that I can plan to visit in the next 24
months! MAKE it a great day!

Seeking to sell 1/2 ownership. I use the unit only about 2 - 4
weeks a year for vacation and rent it whenever possible, I love it
there! I currently have a negitive cash flow of about $600/month
(not bad because appreciation and tax benifits take care of this
