Serenity Cottage and Retreat (owner''s home) are brand new, overlooking 
 Thunderball Grotto of James Bond movie fame...snorkel into the natural 
 fish bowl and be one with nature. The round cottage overlooks the dock, 
 and guests have the option of a 13'' Boston Whaler and/or golf cart 
with 
 the rental to explore the island and many surrounding cays.
 
 Staniel Cay is a very small island with native village, a couple of 
 restaurants, small groceries, church, pristine beaches and friendly 
 people. It is considered the in Out Island where guests return year 
 after year.
 
 The air conditioned cottage has a full kitchen, huge deck and an 
 incredible view. Larger family groups can include a room/bath in 
 Retreat, or rent both the cottage and house. More information is

 The name Serenity says it all...relaxation, water sports, beachcombing.

$150 per week additional adult
$100 per week additional child under 12

One-half rental fee plus $500 security deposit required to book. Balance 
is due 30 days prior to arrival.
