kitchenette, bath, and on-site parking.

All of our units are NON SMOKING UNITS BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE and  
are in a residential area. Our rental property is 1 of only 100 
licensed TVU (Transient Vacation Units) vacation rentals in Oahu, 
Hawaii.  Our license number is 90 TVU 0060.  

Your home in Paradise is sparkling clean and spacious with air 
conditioning, private entries and onsite parking.  The interiors are 
completely furnished with new tropical ambiance down to the dishes! 
All beds, bedding, mattresses, dishes, and most furnishings are new 
as of June 2006!  The units include ample cooking appliances, all 
utensils, private gas BBQ’s, lots of towels and linens, cable TV, 
wireless internet connections, phone, laundry area, ice machine, 
beach chairs, umbrella's, boogie boards, and many fun children’s 
beach accessories. 

Kailua is a small town located on the beautiful northeast shore of 
Oahu. It is loved for its many beaches and accessible off-shore 
islands. It is only a 25-minute scenic drive to the airport, 
Honolulu, and Waikiki. Nearby sites include Sea Life Park, The Blow 
Hole, Hanauma Bay, and the North Shore. 
 
The beautiful, 3 mile stretch of sparkling Kailua Beach and 
adjoining Lanikai Beach have been rated tops among America’s best 
beaches. Swim with the green sea turtles. Kayak or sail to one of 
the secluded offshore islands to enjoy shelling while you watch the 
whales breech offshore. 
 

Three Bedroom/Two Bath Main House: rents for $449 a night,($549 for 
holidays) for 6 people plus $300 cleaning fee and 11.5% tax, $1000 
refundable security deposit. ($20 additional person or child, 
maximum 8).  Formal entry and  leaded glass door open to spacious 
and luxurious split level home, over 2400 square feet of living 
area. Fabulous floor to ceiling windows, with garden and small ocean 
view.  Gourmet granite kitchen with full size new refrigerator, and 
all necessities, dining area, tiki hut, lanai with table and gas 
barbecue grill. Bedrooms include 2 kings, two twins and one full 
futon sofa in kids wing.
 
Two Bedroom/Two Bath Newly Renovated Cottage: rents for $299 a night 
($425 for holidays) for 4 people plus $225 cleaning fee and 11.5% 
tax, $600 refundable security deposit. Each additional person or 
child is $20, maximum 6.  Split level and over 1000 square feet of 
comfort. This unit has a large living room, cathedral ceilings, 
kitchen and dining nook.  Enjoy breakfast on your own Oceanside 
lanai, with your own propane barbecue grill. Both bedrooms have king 
size beds, and sofa in living area has a full size sleeper.
 
One Bedroom/One Bath: rents for $150 a night ($249 for holidays) for 
two people plus $150 cleaning fee and 11.5% tax, $400 refundable 
security deposit. Each additional person or child is $20, maximum 
3.   Unit has over 700 square feet of space, including a living 
room, kitchen area, dining area and covered lanai.   Sliding doors 
open to your own tropical splendor, and barbecue grill. This unit 
features one king size bed, and has a roll out futon available.
 
Rent the entire house for $875 ($1100 for holidays) a night for 12 
people, plus $650 cleaning fee and 11.5% tax, $2000 refundable 
security deposit.  Each additional person or child is $20, maximum 
17.
