-	2 TVs w/ dvd/vcr and cable
-	Screened in front  sun porch
-	Washer and dryer in basement
-	Parking for 6+ cars

The Location:
-	Nestled in Popponesset beach near New Seabury
-	Beach is literally a 2 minute walk down the road, can be 
seen from front steps of the house.
-	Located 10 minutes off Routes 28 and 151 and the Mashpee 
Commons, with dining, shopping, and entertainment.
-	Located 25-30 minutes away from both Bourne and Sagamore 
bridges.
-	Popponesset Marketplace is a few short blocks away, with a 
small country store, mini golf, weekend concerts, and dining 
opportunities. 

We usually charge $2000/week, but due to the late notice/posting, we 
are reducing the rate to $1500/week, with a possbile discount for 
both.
