The Main House has 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths Sleeps up to 14

Main house has beautiful wood floors, Central Heat/Air, ceiling fans 
and fireplace and is beautifully decorated and spacious for large 
groups. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances including dish 
washer and is part of an open floor plan. Living room has beautiful 
wood floors, and cathedral ceiling. You'll find it furnished with 
TV/DVD/VCR, and two futons for additional sleeping in front of the 
fireplace. 

Master Bedroom has queen size bed, bath and french doors leading to 
a private deck with a view of the crystal fountain and back yard. 
2nd Bedroom has full size bed, 3rd Bedroom is perfect for kids 
having a bunk bed with twin top and double bottom bunk and a pull 
out mattress (sleeps 4), 4th Bedroom has queen size bed. First Floor 
Laundry Room for added convenience.

The Cabin offers a romantic smaller space "just for two" with queen 
size bed, bathroom with clawfoot tub, and equipt kitchenette. It is 
available as an addition to the main house or as a separate rental. 
Discounts available on the cabin if renting in conjunction with the 
main house. 

A studio located in between the cabin and main house is available as 
an extra sleeping area when renting in addition to the cabin and/or 
main house. It was designed with teens in mind.  Front room has 
table and chairs and foosball for hanging out.  Walk through beaded 
doorway and step down to bedroom with two full size beds. 

A beautiful back yard overlooks 4 acres of Dogwood and other 
hardwood trees, has a gazebo, crystal water fountain, and much 
more!  Horseshoe driveway allows for easy access for those pulling 
boats.

NIGHTLY RATE .. Main House: $250/night for the first 5 people (2 
night minimum).
An additional charge of $10/person per night for the 6-14th person
WEEKLY RATES .. $1500/week (up to 5 people)  

Cabin : $75/night for 2    Studio available for those also renting 
the cabin and/or house for $40/night.

Security Deposit of $150 for each week reserved, Refundable After 
Inspection
Pet Deposit of $100, NON-Refundable.
Payment Required in Advance - PayPal Transactions Welcome.
Cancellation Policy: 15 Day Notice.
