Our Studio with Loft, Oceanfront Golf Course Kaluakoi Villa 
Condominium is located on the Ninth Tee of the Newly Renovated 18 
Hole Ted Robinson designed Golf Course. This Condo is located in one 
of the quietest buildings in the complex. It is an upstairs unit 
which gives you complete privacy. This unit offers an UNOBSTRUCTED 
view out to the OCEAN & GOLF COURSE. There are no other units or

with ipod docking, Telepone, Ceiling Fans, Linens, Towels, Washer, 
Dryer, Travertine and Hardwood Floors and Beach Supplies (Two Beach 
Chairs, Two Boogie Boards, Two Skim Boards, Two Beach Towels, and an 
Ice Chest).

Within walking distance stroll the beautiful Papohaku (three miles) 
Beach and many other romantic secluded and private beaches (all from 
your door step). The 18 Hole Kaluakoi Golf Course offers spectacular 
ocean views and offers Kama’aina (local) Rates to visitors staying 
at Kaluakoi Villas. Molokai offers many activities, snorkeling, 
diving, hiking (Halawa Valley Lush Rain Forest), kayaking, fishing, 
golf, horseback riding, swimming, surfing, and Father Damien’s 
famous Leper Colony (Mule Ride and Hiking Available). 

November through Mid-April you can Whale watch from your Lanai or 
walk seconds to the beach for a closer look at this magnificent 
sight. No need to rent tour boats. Throughout the year you can get a 
glimpse of dolphins, sea turtles, and sea lions from the beachfront. 
Most Important, Molokai offers a peaceful environment for couples 
and families.

Additional Security Deposit - $200 - Refundable within ten days of 
departure.
Credit Card Transaction Fee of 2.59% will be applied to credit card 
transactions.
Cancellation Fee - $100 - 30 days prior to arrival, 50% less than 30 
days.
