This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath,two story traditional style home 
is our family vacation getaway.  We thoroughly enjoy our vacations 
here and have tried our best to make it comfortable and homey for our 
guests to enjoy their own vacation getaways.  The first floor offers 
the first of the two master bedroom suites. The two master suites 
are a unique featue to this home and make it perfect for two families 
to share or for large groups.  Each of the two master suites have a 
private vanity dressing area, large shower,commode and plenty of walk-
in closet space.  Also on the first floor are the large living and 
dining rooms with cathedral ceilings and gleeming hardwood floors.  
The extra large dining room table has seating for 12.  Adjacent to 
the dining room is a lovely sunroom/den.  The fully stocked kitchen 
has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal.  The first floor 
also features a powder room which houses a full capacity washer and 
dryer.  

Great attention to the details has gone into decorating our home with 
its beachy decor and custom window treatments throughout. Upstairs, 
you will find the second master bedroom suite and bedrooms 3 and 4, 
which share a large full bath.  The home comfortably sleeps 13. NON-
SMOKING home.  NO PETS, please.

Our home is ideally located,  nestled in the woods by the South Gate 
entrance in Ocean Pines, walking distance from shops and 
restaurants.  Ocean Pines is a quiet, family oriented community that 
offers numerous amenities including five community pools, numerous 
parks and playgrounds, tennis courts, watercraft launching sites, a 
Yaht Club and more.  The Ocean Pines Golf Course is the Delmarva 
Penninsula's only 18 hole championship golf course designed by the 
legendary Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and one of the most challenging 
courses on the East Coast.  The use of these amenities is extended to 
our guests for a small additional fee.  Just minutes from the Ocean 
Pines community are Ocean City, Maryland, historic Berlin, Ocean 
Downs horse racing track, twelve golf courses (championship and 
executive) and the renowned wild ponies of Assateague Island.

Also included with the rental of our home is the Beach Club parking 
pass.  The Beach Club is an ocean front club located at 49th and 50th 
Streets in Ocean City.  It offers a snack bar and grill for light 
faire and locker rooms for changing.  It features a 30x54 foot family 
swimming pool.

This home, with its perfect location and great curb appeal truly 
makes for the perfect vacation getaway for one or two families to 
share.

August 2006...You have a lovely house.  This is one of the nicest

whole extended family.
