We are a new vacation retreat in Estes Park. We are situated right
on the Big Thompson River for your private river enjoyment .
The home was designed and built by locally renowned architect Dennis
Reinke. Built in 2000 the amenities include vaulted ceilings, sky
lights , large custom windows throughout, concrete in floor heat and
a open spacious 1,800 square/foot floor plan.
Our Living room features large arched windows that offer privacy and
a lovely cross breeze for that brisk mountain air . Two over
stuffed couches share the space with a gas log fireplace ,
original art work done by local artists some is even for sale and
can be personalized for you, skylights flood the room with natural
light , a large TV and VCR with cable (movie channels provided.).
Grab a book from our book shelf, play some relaxing music from our
collection on the stereo or watch a great movie after your hike at
the park.
Begin or end a day on your deck reading the paper with your coffee
(our local brew provided )or enjoy a BBQ dinner on the deck (we
provide the gas) our wrought iron furniture will make you want to
say there all night long. Listen to the sounds of a wild mountain
stream and watch the sunset over Long’s Peak through the trees,
while many birds and lots of other wildlife watch you back.
Our dining room is small and intimate seating 6 on our Danish design
maple dining room set with a hang down modern chandelier and again a
skylight - breakfast, lunch and dinner are all served with plenty
of sunlight .
The galley kitchen provides all the amenities of home , new
stainless pots and pans, measuring cups and mixing bowls for those
late night cookie cravings. Dish soap for the ultra quiet dishwasher
is always included .
Two bedrooms with queen size beds offer firm mattresses and plush
microfleece bedding extra pillows ,cervical pillows and blankets
are in your walk in closet. We know how important a good night
sleep is on vacation, Sleep to the sounds of the river and wake with
the birds to start your next day filled with adventure in the
mountains
Take a long soak in our deep tub ( bubbles are included ) and
revitalize. Plenty of towels, thirsty bath robes and blow dryer
are provided . A washer and dryer are also provided so you never run
out ( soap is included)
A private sitting room with a love seat , it’s own TV, mini
frig ,coffee maker and water dispenser is the entrance to the third
bedroom . With it’s private setting and sliding glass door to the
private patio quiet contemplation and unwinding is a synch
Estes River Retreat will sleep 6 people, very comfortably , is
three city blocks to our “downtown” , shopping, restaurants and
family activities are a few minutes stroll. We are a two minute
drive from Rocky’s entrance where miles of the most unspoiled
landscape , mountains glaciers ,waterfalls and oh so much wildlife
awaits you and your camera.
Also offered on sight ,yet completely separate from the house is
our locally renowned Wellness Spa- Elements of Touch. Serving
Estes Park since 1992 .

Our house is kept impeccably clean, we travel ourselves and

comprehensive folder of ideas of what to do , events, favorite
places and local digs and are always available for questions as we
love our small mountain town .
