The cabin is on 2 acres and located between Berkeley Springs (15
miles) and Shepherdstown (20 miles), two miles off Route 9 in
Hedgesville near The Woods Resort and 20 minutes from a major shopping
area. It can sleep up to six people—two single beds, one queen bed,
and an inflatable queen-size mattress.
It is a fully-equiped rental with everything you need for your stay.

cabin is a comfortable place where you can put your feet up and just
relax. It boasts privacy, relaxation, bird watching, and day
dreaming. Yet it is only 20 minutes from super markets and a mall
(Martinsburg), good restaurants and shopping (Shepherdstown), and
close to trails, golfing, craft and antique shops, parks, and
beautiful country.
It is perfect for an office retreat or family weekend. You can
explore the countryside or just watch the birds. (We supply the seed.)

Weekend: 2 Nights- $300. (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday)
Mid-week: 4 Nights- $550. (Sunday - Thursday)
Full Week: 7 Nights- $750. (Sunday - Saturday)
Check-in: 3:00pm. Check-out: 11:30am.
Additional nights at $100 each
Policies
Deposit due (50%) when reserving. Balance due prior to rental.
A signed Rental Agreement is required with balance.
Cancellation with full refund is allowed up to 2 weeks before arrival.
After that, no refund is given.
There is No Smoking in the cabin.
Dogs and cats allowed with prior approval and $50 refundable security
deposit.
If you have any special needs, please tell us and we will try to
accommodate them.
