floor master bedroom and adjoining deck.  

Large master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and a private full 
bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a bunk set of upper and 
lower twin bed size bunks.  A full bathroom with a tub is in the 
hallway.  There is 
a small balcony adjoining these bedrooms that overlooks a grassy 
area. There  is no fenced yard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans, 
dishwasher, and washer/dryer.

Watch the sun go down sitting on the deck.  Walk two blocks to the 
beach.  Pets allowed on beach at 5:30 PM in the summer. Check pet 
beach rules for off-season with lister. Pets welcomed at 
townhouse for an additional $250 non-refundable fee.

Nicely furnished and decorated.  Bright and cheerful.  

CAC, Cable TV with both VCR and DVD player, Dishwasher, Microwave, 
Disposal and Washer/Dryer.  

Near Rehoboth Bay for water sports.  Easy two block walk to the beach 
and nearby Dewey Beach activities of dining and night clubs.  

Rehoboth Beach and its' boardwalk including rides for children are 
only a short drive or Jolly Trolley away.

$775.00 per week in October.  November through 
April is $575.00 per week.  Off-season weekends starting the first 
weekend after October 13 are $475.00.

Pets are welcome.  A $250.00 non-refundable pet fee is required for 
pets.

A $200 security deposit is required too.  Security deposits are 
returned when the house checks out OK.
