hanging out and playing board games (for any age) over a cup of hot

 General Terms and Conditions
A non-refundable deposit at reservation of $500.00 for each week of 
occupancy. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. 
A security deposit of $400.00 is required 30 days before tenancy 
begins, along with balance due. Tenancy begins Saturday at 4:00 PM 
and ends at 10:00 AM on the concluding Saturday
