 Description 


Our newly constructed 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath duplex unit sits on top of a hill. It has a balcony in front with a gorgeous ocean view where you can sit and listen to the sound of the waves crash on the beach. Our 2 story unit has a 2 car garage with automatic opener. Inside, it is fully furnished and can be rented for a few days or a few weeks. We also have an on-site laundry facility for your convenience. It is a 2 block easy walk down to the ocean. The beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, laying in the sun or people watching. Lifegaurds are on duty during weekends, summer months and holidays. We have 3 rentals available and each has a different beach related theme. Although each rental is the same size (1200 sq. feet), the bed configurations are different in each unit. This unit has a queen bed in 1 bedroom and the second bedroom has a twin trundle with a pull out. In the living room upstairs, there is a sofa bed. The entire downtown area of Avila Beach has been rebuilt in the last 2 years. It boasts a fun new childrens park, a new grocery store and deli as well as new restaurants and stores. It is no longer a rundown little town. It is beautiful, upscale and the place to be. The weather is warm year round and it is consistently much warmer and less foggy than Pismo Beach. The California Central Coast is waiting for you.

Our amenties include: 3 sided gas fireplace, cable TV, full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster oven, refrigerator with ice maker, cooking utensils, bed linens, bath towels, gas BBQ grill, TV with DVD & CD player, clock radio. No Smoking and No Pets.

Activities (on site or nearby): AVILA BEACH: Sunday artist exhibits at pier entrance, Farmers Market on Friday, BBQ pits & picnic benches on the beach, new childrens park. PORT SAN LUIS (2 miles): deep sea fishing, fire rings for fires at night, pier with restaurant & fish market. GOLF: Many- see our web site. Closest- 3 minute drive. PISMO BEACH (6 miles): outlets, rental of kayaks, bicycles, surfboards. Pier, excellent restaurants & small shops. OCEANO DUNES (6 miles): Famous offroad riding on hardpack sand or rolling dunes, dune tours by Hummer, horseback riding, ATV rentals. LOPEZ LAKE (15 miles): water sports, boat rentals, fishing, wind surfing. ARROYO GRANDE (8 miles): Regal Cinemas, major grocery stores & restaurants. SAN LUIS OBISPO (12 miles): Home of Cal Poly State University. Town is full of college fun with nationally known bars. Thursday Farmers Market is a must-see with the downtown streets blocked off & human powered bicycle taxi's as transportation. Full of excellant restaurants & pubs.
