 Description  


This modern ocean view house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and comfortably
sleeps 6-8 people. The house has hardwood floor downstairs in the
living, dining and kitchen areas. The second floor contains bedrooms
including a master bedroom with a view of the ocean and a bathroom
with a Jacuzzi tub. Recently remodeled second bathroom and hot outdoor
shower. The large roof deck has wonderful views of the
ocean and a gas grill and is perfect for evening barbeques or daytime
sunbathing. Located midway between Capitola and the Santa Cruz
Boardwalk and only a 100 yard walk to the 26th Street
beaches. Pleasure Point is an easy walk as are a variety of
restaurants on Portola Ave.
