Square. The apartment is on the 16th floor and has a view down 
Broadway through the 10 foot high windows. The bedroom has a balcony 
for morning coffee and view of the Hershey Building and small view of 
the Hudson River. The building is actually in Times Square not two 
blocks away!

reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to first night. Security deposit 
of $300 also required which will be refunded within 7 days of end of 
rental. $125 cleaning fee required on rentals of less than 4 days. No 
smoking please.
