The boardwalk at Point Pleasant Beach is one of the most popular 
family destinations along the Jersey Shore. On the north end of 
the boardwalk is the Manasquan Inlet, where you can watch the boats 
pass on their way to sea, or fish from the rock jetty. The boardwalk 
stretches for one mile with family amusements, rides, arcade games, 
a fun house, food and ice cream of all types, and several 
restaurants that offer ocean view dining.  See sharks, penguins and 
unusual sea creatures at the famous Jenkinson's Aquarium. Charter 
and party-boat fishing are available along Channel Drive. There are 
also many antique stores and unique gift shops in the area to browse.

2007 Summer Rates will be $1750/week in June, $2100/wk in July and 
$2450/week in August plus $300 for weeks including major holidays.
For 1 week rentals, we normally require a lease + $500 security 
deposit to make the reservation, with a check for the full rental 
amount due 10 days before check-in (so your check can clear) - or 
cash at check-in.
For 3+ weeks rentals, we require a $1500.00 security deposit.
Interest is paid on the security deposit.
