The town of Saugerties is a gem. It is known as the Festival town. We 
have the Garlic, Mum, Jazz & Art, Classic Cars and the July Fourth 
Festivals etc.. HITS Horse Shows In the Sun. Parades galore! July 
4th., Halloween and Christmas Parades. The town has great waterfront 
access to the Hudson River, marinas for your boat and a public beach 
right in the village. The Saugerties Lighthouse situated on the 
Hudson River is open to the public (check for times). Then we 
have world famous Opus 40 which is a 6.5 acre bluestone sculpture 
open to the public. 
 
A great sports complex with baseball fields, basketball courts and 
free outdoor tennis courts. Indoor Ice-skating and Roller Blading 
Rink. Wonderful hiking trails and easy access to skiing Hunter 
Mt.,and other winter sports. Movie theater, live music on weekends, 
lots of antique shops and really good restaurants. Saugerties has a 
great bunch of people who really care about the future of the town, 
because they know the quality of life that we enjoy here is very

 All cancellations are subject to a $25 nonrefundable service charge.

 be refunded only if the rental can be rebooked.
