entertainment. Casually furnished and smoke free, our home is child
friendly and is equipped with a porta-crib, stroller and high chair.
Beach chairs, a boogie board and beach towels are also included.
The back yard is fenced with an outdoor hot water shower for rinsing
after a day at the beach.

Amenities include a fireplace, phone, cable tv, cd player, full
modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, and ice maker in the
refrigerator. All cooking utensils and linens are provided, as well
as a washer, dryer, and gas BBQ grill.

Our home is about a mile from Legoland, about 30 minutes to Sea
World in San Diego and Wild Animal Kingdom in Escondito, 20 minutes
to Del Mar RaceTrack and less than an hour to Disneyland.

A $500 deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.
This will be converted to a damage depossit at time of occupancy.
The deposit will be refunded after the home is inspected for loss or
damage on the day of departure. The total rental fee is due one
month before the occupancy date. Checks are accepted.
