Our Coronado condominiums are located on the South Padre Island beach
side with a beach access right across the street. They have been
completely remodeled. The living area features a large cable tv.,
queen size sofa sleeper and a recliner. The dining area features a
table for four and a bar with two bar stools. Kitchen features a
full size refrigerator,range,dishwasher,coffee maker,microwave and
everything needed to create meals. The master bedroom features a king
size bed comfortable bedding,large closets and bedroom
furniture,custom built bunk beds are built in,next to the kitchen.

the time of confirmation. Your reservation deposit will convert to a
damage deposit at the time of check in. Damage deposit is dependent
on length of stay and number of people. Minimum damage deposit $125.00
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the arrival date will be
refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations made less
than 30 days before the arrival date will be refunded if unit is
subsequently rented, less a cancellation charge of $20.00
Occupancy tax: 13.25%
Toiletries include: 3 towels,1 roll toilet paper,no paper towels,no
coffee filters,no irons,no hairdryers. We suggest you bring extra
towels and your personal items.
