Welcome to South Padre Island! Imagine this... a tropical island 34 
 miles long, packed with fine restaurants, exciting night 
 clubs,tropical bars and taverns,great offshore and bay fishing and 
 not to mention fabulous shopping. A 1 to 2 minutes walk,takes you to 
 the famous Isla Blanca Park jetties and Sea Ranch marina, where you 
 can book a fishing trip or just get fishing supplies. Our Gulfview 
 Complex consists of two buildings Gulfview I (Rm.108,109,210) and 
 Gulfview II condominiums are located at 120 Padre Boulevard on the 
 south side of South Padre Island across from the Sheraton Hotel and 
 Holiday Inn Spree, also next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark. Its located 
 near the beach, no street to cross and has beautifully 
 landscaped grounds and spacious parking for car and boat. Coin 
 opertated laundary facilities are on the premises. Wi-fi internet 
 access is also available throughtout the complex. The master bedroom 
 has complete furnishings, large closets ,cabletv., and two queen 
 size beds with comfortable bedding. Fully equipped kitchen, fullsize 
refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, coffee maker and a        
complete set of everything to create meals. The living area features 
 a large cable tv. and queen size sofa sleeper and nice chairs. The 
 dining area features a dining table for four and a bar with two bar 
 stools. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on our balcony which has a 
 table and two chairs.

Wi-fi internet,air conditioning,large cable tv's,VCR,balcony,beach 
access,bbq pit area,olympic size pool and hot tub,tennis 
courts,basketball courts,plenty of parking for car and 
boats,community room next to pool for small parties or gatherings.

Schlitterbahn Waterpark is the main attraction at the island.  We are 
just across the street from the waterpark.  Schlitterbahn features 
many adult and kiddy water rides, along with snack bar and a casual 
restaurant inside the park. Isla Blanca park and jetties is a family 
oriented area with fishing being the activity. Sea Ranch Marina and 
Restaurant is another hot spot for booking a fishing charter or just 
fishing off of their pier a block away.... 

Jan. 1 - Feb. 28     $950 month   two month minimum
Mar. 1 - Mar. 31     $200 night   three night minimum
Apr. 1 - Sept. 6     $125 night   three night minimum
Sept.7 - Dec. 31      $80 night   three night minimum

Reservation deposit of $125.00 (spring break $200.00)is required at 
the time of confirmation.  Your reservation deposit will convert to a 
damage deposit at the time of check in.  Damage deposit is dependent 
on length of stay and number of people. Minimum damage deposit is 
$125.00

Total amount of rental is due at check in. No exceptions.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival date will be 
refunded, less a $20.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations made less 
than 30 days before arrival date will be refunded if unit is 
subsequently rented, less a $20.00 cancellation charge.

Occupation tax: 13.25%

Toiletries include: 3 towels,1 roll toilet paper,no paper towels,no 
coffee filters,no iron,no hairdryers, We suggest you bring extra 
towels and your personal items.
