utensils, and dinner setting for eight. The deck features a 20 foot 
wide power awning that can be drawn over the outside dining table. 
The awning has lights for evening dining and cocktails.

Basic digital Cable TV, wireless internet access, and a 
telephone for receiving calls and making local calls are also 
included.

Only two miles to the carousel at Watch Hill, and a mile's bicycle 
ride to East Beach, the house is close enough to all the activities 
of Watch Hill and Misquamicut, yet provides a quiet place to relax 
and enjoy the sunset after a full day.

This is a quiet family area, and the house may not be used as a party-
place. The Misquamicut area offers many rental opportunities for 
those seeking such pursuits.

One week minimum rental in July/August. No weekend rentals.
