Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency 
and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

$150-$400/night, $1000-$2500/week, Monthly and Extended Stay 
available
$200 deposit to reserve property. Full payment Due 14 days prior to 
check-in date.

Rates includes 4 guests. $10/person/day for any additional guests.
Rates quoted does not include Cleaning Fee of $75 and Taxes.
Taxes will be added to all rentals 30 days or less.
