The GROUNDS of this estate have a seating capacity estimated 
at 250 and could accomodate several tents.  The lush gardens of 
mature flamboyants, oleander, bougainvillae,jasmine, 
roses,caladiums,ferns and majestic coconut trees create an 
atmosphere 
of intimacy making this site suitable for a couple or for events.

WEDDING ceremonies are magical and mythical in the GAZEBO, a GARDEN, 
OCEANSIDE, or on the FRONT PORCH.             

The COTTAGE comes fully equipped with the basics for housekeeping.
It is suitable for a single, a couple or a small family.
A couch in the living room area converts to a double sized bed and 
there is ample space for a small crib.

$650 US currency per night based on a three night minimum.
