La Selva Beach is available year-round and is breath-taking in the
Fall and Winter as well as the Summer months. So much to do or do
nothing at all!
Three spacious bedrooms upstairs including king in master. Private
entrance to two more bedrooms downstairs with king and twin/trundle.
Accommodates up to 12 guests total.
Two living rooms upstairs offer a 52" big screen TV with DVD/VCR and
wood burning fireplace for those cool coastal nights. Fully
appointed kitchens both upstairs and down.
You can take the entire house for up to 12 guests, upstairs only for
8 guests or downstairs only for 4 guests.
Sorry no smoking and no pets.

Upstairs only up to 8 guests: $350/night + $175 cleaning fee
Entire house up to 12 guests: $425/night + $275 cleaning fee
Weekly rates Upstairs $2275 & Entire house $2800 + wkly cleaning fee
