Come relax in our two-story lodge; perfect for families or groups 
traveling together. Upstairs features 3 large bedrooms with a 
separate living area and gas fireplace presenting a breathtaking 
view of the valley and mountains beyond. Bedroom 1 has one queen bed 
with a free-standing sink to make your morning cup of coffee, and 
bedrooms 2 and 3 both have two queen beds.  The downstairs bedroom 
features two large queen beds. Also included are two queen-size aero-
beds that can be instantly set up for extra sleeping accommodations. 
Total occupancy is 14-18 persons/night.

The lodge is complete with 2 and ½ baths, providing luxurious robes 
and towels available for use. The grand, upstairs bath includes a 
garden tub, separate shower, and vanity, accented by gorgeous tongue-
in-groove hardwood floors and tub enclosure. One downstairs bath 
accomodates a double-size shower and hardwood floors. An additional ½ 
bath and laundry room are also located downstairs, for your 
convenience. 

The gourmet kitchen boasts state-of-the-art double convection ovens, 
Jenn-Air cook-top, an extra-deep stainless steel fridge, plenty of 
counter-space, and beautiful Tuscan-décor to inspire the Italian 
cook in us all! Venture out and visit some of the fine wineries 
located in Leavenworth and on the way to Chelan; we have a full-size 
wine refrigerator in the kitchen to enjoy your purchases at just the 
right temperature!!

Downstairs is the general living area with many wonderfully 
comfortable couches and chairs to snuggle into while the pellet 
stove crackles nearby.  We currently subscribe to DirectTV and have 
access to over 150 channels for your convenience. An upright piano, 
DVD, VCR, and book library are also certain to make your stay 
memorable. 

Bring your swimming suit!!! Deluxe 8 person hot-tub is available for 
use all year long, and is located to the left of the house, under 
the covered-porch area. 

Over 2 acres of electrically-fenced property bears no problems for 
your four-legged friends (dogs and horses only please), and includes 
a separate barn and watering station. A scenic creek borders the 
east end of the property, providing a natural setting for family 
BBQ's. The double-garage can easily accomodate vehicles and/or 
snowmobiles. 

Leavenworth is home to a variety of different activities and 
excursions. In winter months, skiing, snow-shoeing, sleigh rides, 
and caroling abounds. When summer peaks, the river is great for 
rafting with family, swimming at the community pool, shopping the 
diverse stores in town, and playing putt-putt golf at Icicle Creek. 
There are also numerous wineries in town, and in surrounding areas, 
throughout Chelan County. Don't miss walking through beautiful, 
crimson and yellow tree-lined forests in fall, and the bountiful, 
multi-colored blooms of spring. Leavenworth truly has something for 
everyone.

**Security deposit: $200/booking

Cancellation Policy: 
50% of rental fees due at time of booking in order to hold 
reservation. Remaining balance, including any security or pet 
deposits and/or cleaning fees due 30 days before reservation.
Cancel 30 days before reservation for a 100% 
refund minus $25.00 processing fee. Cancel 15 - 30 days before 
reservation for a 50% refund. 0-14 days before reservation - no 
refund. Failure to arrive with no cancellation notice will result in 
full reservation fees - no refund. No refund given for any unused 
portion of your stay.
