Weekend rental 450.00 for (2 nights 3 days)
Weekly rental 1050 for (7 nights 8 days)
Your rental fee must be paid in full 1 week prior to your arrival. 
Unless there are special circumstances.
A depoist of $200.00 must be paid to hold the rental, and does not 
go toward your rental rate. If there is no damage and nothing 
missing, your deposit will be returned within 5 days.
Pets are allowed with a 60.00 fee non-refundable.
