We have 5 cottages to choose from ,each with magnificents water views.

From the quaint one bedroom Tahiti cottage which has been a favorite 
for honeymooners and couples ..to our 2 Bahamian cottages where 
clients come back time and time again!!! We have added two newly 
built 3 bedrooms deluxe oceanfront units, 

We now have a different inventory of cottages to satisfy all taste 
and pocketbooks!

We have free wi-fi internet access, phones in each cottages to stay 
[.. or not !] in contact ...and free dockage for your rental boat or 
your own boat up to 23 feet.

500 feet ONLY, separate the ocean from the Bay. You can watch the 
sunrise over the ocean and the sun set over the Bay without leaving 
the property. 

Each cottage features a full kitchen, living-room and dining-room all 
tastefully decorated with rattan furnitures .

Porches on each cottage have great views of the water and allow our 
guests to dine al fresco or read a good book or simply look at the 
ocean.

The cottages are VERY private and restful ,both in decor and ambiance.

We have TV/DVD in the new 3 bedrooms units and a Recreation Center 
with a library, board games and  Satellite TV , beach toys, and 
flotation devices for all our guest to enjoy.

A gas grill is available for your BBQ. 

With over 80% of our guests returning to Cocobay, we pride ourselves 
in offering a great product and hospitality .

Bonefishing on your own DIRECTLY at Cocobay , or with a local guide , 
snorkeling on the exquisite reef right in front of our cottages, 
fishing with or without a guide,

golf cart rental for exploring the historic town of New Plymouth or 
the many secluded beaches,or going to lunch or dinner in one of the 
many fabulous restaurants on our island!

Diving with our famous Brendal of Brendal's Dive Shop...or simply a 
Bahamian beach picnic with either Lincoln or Brendal...that will have 
you wanting more.

Tahiti ,Pink and Bali-Hi cottages : 275.00 a day / 1,700.00 a week 
double occupancy.
Conch Shell and Conch Pearl are 400.00 a day or 2,700.00 a week double

Pink ,Bali-Hi are 325.00 a day or 2,000.00 a week for 3 to 4 people 
in the cottage. The Conch cottages are 450.00 per da or 3,100.00 per 
week for the same.

For 5 to 6 people , the rate is 350.00 per night and 2,200.00 weekly  
for Bali-Hi and Pink and 550.00 daily  for the Conch cottages or 
3,600.00 weekly.

A 10% Bahamian tax is added to all reservation. The rates includes 
cleaning fees and service charges.
