beverage using the Internet with our wireless connection, while 
looking out at the dolphins swimming by and surfers catching the 
waves. Imagine sitting out on the patio in the afternoon taking in a 
little sun while reading your favorite book. Imagine walking 
barefoot on the beach with a family member or significant other and 
watching a spectacular sunset. Imagine preparing that special meal, 
enjoying a candlelight dinner, and watching your favorite DVD. 
Imagine going to sleep at night with the sound of the Pacific Ocean 
right outside your window.  

While you are enjoying a beach recess at our oceanfront condo you 
will have access to a one bedroom, one bathroom (525 square foot) 
condominium with upgraded ceiling fans, window tinting, TV/DVD/CD 
player, bathroom vanity, kitchen cabinets, kitchen counters, 
dishwasher, and microwave. A sleeper sofa will sleep two additional 
people. A washer and dryer, towels, and linens will make your stay 
at beach recess a little more enjoyable and please take advantage of 
the patio area for relaxing, barbecues, and casual conversations 
with people passing by on the boardwalk.  

When you are making vacation plans and truly want a clean, 
comfortable, complete, and safe condominium on the beach you really 
need to consider this premier oceanfront location. Visitors and 
locals agree that beach recess has one of the best views of the San 
Diego coastal coastline.

This property is in a perfect location.  You are 5 - 10 minutes from 
Sea World, The San Diego Zoo, The Gaslamp District, Petco Park, 
Coronado, La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and Del Mar.

You can walk or ride a bike to nearby restaurants, stores, aquatic 
centers, sportfishing landing and an amusement parks.  

Imagine being able to leave your front door and go running, walking, 
bicycling, swimming, bogey boarding, surfing, sailing, scuba diving, 
deep sea fishing, golfing, basketball, hiking, or roller blading.

In one day you can visit the Wild Animal Park, USS Midway, take a 
wine tour, go to Mexico, play a round of golf at Torrey Pines, go to 
the mountains, or desert.  

Summer rates (June - August) are $1,700 per week (Saturday-Saturday)

Off season rates vary from $150.00 per night for a three-night 
minimum to $599.00 for a week in December.

All reservations require a $250.00 security deposit which will be 
refunded if there are no damages or missing items.  

The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival and a vacationer will 
receive a 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival.  Cancellations 
within 30 days of arrival will receive a partial refund depending 
upon ability to book the property during the time that was requested.

We will consider exchanging time in our home for time in another 
home.  We are able to vacation during the summer, Christmas/New 
Year's and Easter break.  

We will not exchange vehicles, boats, or surfboards.
