Damage Deposit:
$1000.00 CAD on Nightly and Weekly Rentals
*Half a months rent for monthly rentals
Taxes do apply for stays less than 1 month. BC Hotel Room Tax (HRT)
10% and Good and Services Tax (GST) 6%. Please note to foreign
visitors to Canada that the GST is fully refundable to you.
First payment is a deposit of 50% of the rent plus applicable taxes
due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to
occupancy. Booking inside of 45 days from the arrival dates full
payment is required at the time of booking. Damage deposits are pre-
authorized credit card holds and are charged only if deemed
necessary. Monthly rentals require damage deposit paid in advance to
check-in.
Cancellation
If a cancellation is made more than 45 days from the check-in date,
there will be no refund of the reservation deposit. If the Guest
cancels inside 45 days from the check-in date and fails to pay the
balance due, there will be no refunds of any funds received. If a
Guest books and then cancels inside the 45 days from the check-in
date, and has made payment in full, there will be no refund. If EMR
is able to re-reserve the property inside 45 days from the check-in
date EMR will refund the Guest in full for the total number of days
that the property has been re-rented, less a 25% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be made for unused days or early departures.
