from the property.  (There is no exaggeration here regarding the 
travel times between the house and the pro-shop or marina, so do not 
fret!).  Boats and boat trailers can be parked at Starfer too!

The property is located on the sixth hole of WILLIE NELSON'S 
PEDERNALES COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE.  The practice area as well as 
the tennis courts are a mere three minute walking distance from the 
home.  The walk on Willie’s 9 hole course is ‘laid back’ and has its 
own time zone.

The conditions here are perfect for any occasion of your mind.  The 
vicinity is charming and quaint, as are the inhabitants.

Everywhere you turn, there is a scene worthy of a photograph.  The 
brilliant sunrises captured in the front yard are exceeded only by
