one with two twin beds.  Each bedroom is quite spacious and each has 
large closet.  There is an additional bathroom between the bedrooms 
upstairs accessable from the upstairs hallway.

The home has is in mint condition with hardwood in the living room 
and dining room, new carpeting in all bedrooms, and the interior was 
just freshly painted.

This is the first time this home has been rented.  The current 
family have owned the property for over twenty years and have kept 
it lovingly maintained as a 2nd summer home on Cape Cod.

All cooking utensils, towels, linens, paper products such as paper 
towels, cleaning products, dish liquid, gas for grill are 
furnished.  

All the attractions of Cape Cod are available.  Four beaches less 
than five minutes away.  Craigville Beach, one of the most popular 
beaches in Barnstable is within walking distance (see map).
Walk to pizza and other attractions.

Drive to downtown Hyannis with all its' attractions or drive over to 
Rt. 6A and check out the charm of Old Hyannisport.  Antique shops 
are on every corner.

Ten minute drive to Yarmouth's most popular beach and the Zooquarium.

Catch the boat from Hyannis or the plane at the Hyannis airport.  It 
is quite inexpensive to fly or boat to Martha's Vinyard or Nantucket 
Islands.

Drive to Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and visit one of the 
largest aquariums in the Northeast.

Drive to the tip of Cape Cod - Provincetown if you feel like a 30 
minute drive.

You can also get the boat in Barnstable Harbor and go whale 
watching.  Whales are always cited.

There is too much to do to only spend a week.  It would take an 
entire summer to just make a dent into the mysteries and excitement 
of Cape Cod.

The Melody Tent is less than one mile from this home.  Each evening 
of the year there are performances by famous musicians and/ or 
actors/actresses straight from Broadway.  The Boston Pops frequently 
perform.  

Mashpee Commons has a fabulous mecca of shops and weekly theatrical 
performances.  Recently the Night of a Thousand Wines (with free 
wine tasting into the mid morning) was held.  

There is never a moment of boredom in the summer months on Cape Cod!
