This executive standard Oceanfront Cottage is nestled into the
forest's edge right on the beach. Your vacation property has a
secluded southern exposure with beautiful ocean views. The unique
four level open concept design provides a master bedroom with queen
size bed and ensuite plus large lower level bedroom with two double
beds. The main level has hardwood floors, and all levels are
finished with a lovely pine interior. The balcony off the master
bedroom provides spectacular views of the ocean, both Boughton
Island and the light from Panmure Island Lighthouse.

Your cottage "the Beach Castle" has 5 appliances including a fridge,
stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Of course there is also a
propane BBQ on the wrap-around deck. The main floor bathroom has a
Jacuzzi tub. The library is filled with a diverse collection of
fiction and non-fiction for your reading pleasure. The library also
has a charming Yodel Wood stove with glass doors for a cozy evening
by the fire. Enjoy music on the CD player and movies on the 27" TV
with DVD player. The kids can watch VHS on the lower level. Your
vacation comforts are enhanced with down duvets in the bedrooms and
for the cooking enthusiast please use our PEI made paderno pots.
Your kitchen is stocked with some basic necessities: olive oil,
balsamic vinegar and herbs and spices.

Enjoy swimming in some of the warmest waters surrounding PEI due to
the sheltered southern gulf side of the Island and the warming
effect of the sun on relatively shallow water. This sheltered bay
has some of the best clam digging on PEI. This is also the perfect
playground for golfers and nature lovers. We are situated 10 minutes
from the Brudenell Golf Course, 30 minutes to the internationally
renowned Crowbush Golf Course, and 25 minutes to the world heritage
site of Greenwich Dunes Environmental Park.

High Season: Mid-June to Mid-September $1,900 per week plus 10%
Provincial Sales Tax
Low Season: Mid-September to Mid-June $1,500 per week plus 10%

Check-in time is Saturday 3:00PM Atlantic Standard Time
Check out time is Saturday 10:00AM.
The minimum reservation period during high season is one week,
Sunday to Sunday only.
