LOCATION IN SAN DIEGO:
Mission Beach is a unique California beach town. It’s a peninsula of 
high priced real estate surrounded by the Pacific Ocean on the west 
side and Mission Bay on the east. Two very different worlds. The 
Boardwalk and the beach on the Pacific Ocean is active, fun & busy. 
Body surf, board surf, boogie board, jump the waves, search for 
shells, build a sandcastle or just walk along the shore of the 
Pacific Ocean. Quiet & serene Mission Bay Park offers another world - 
sail, kayak, swim, picnic & play tennis. Ride bikes or skate on miles 
of ocean and bayfront sidewalks. Only 2 blocks apart but a world of 
difference. Your choice. You'll be close enough to enjoy both!!

Our Mission Beach condo is a very cute one bedroom, one bath located 
on the ocean side of Redondo Court in North Mission Beach. Where’s 
Redondo Court? Redondo Court is right in the middle of North Mission 
Beach - about halfway between Belmont Park’s historic roller coaster 
and the famous Crystal Pier. It’s the perfect location in Mission 
Beach. The Boardwalk and the Pacific Ocean are an easy 50 steps from 
the building entrance. It’s a one minute walk to a small market and 
there are tons of restaurants, bars & local shops within a two block 
radius of the condo. Ralph’s Supermarket is five minutes by car or 10 
minutes by bike. Costco is a 15 minute drive.

TOP 'O THE BEACH CONDOS - Location! Location! Location!!
The 21 condos in this section of "Top o’ the Beach" are on the top 
three floors of a 5 story secure building (the first 2 levels are 
secure garage parking - more on that later). Our condo faces south so 
it’s bright and sunny with views of rooftops and surrounding 
buildings. It is not oceanfront and you cannot see the ocean from the 
balcony so that’s why the price is very affordable!! But don’t 
forget - you’re only 50 steps from the ocean!! Location! Location! 
Location!! From the balcony, enjoy the Sea World fireworks on 
holidays and every night in the summer!! Very fun.

INSIDE THE CONDO
The condo is about 550 sq. feet and has been newly refurbished so 
it's exceptionally clean and designer decorated. Looks like a model 
home!! 

In the living room, there’s a leather sofa sleeper and a dining table 
for four, CD player & radio plus a new 27” cable TV with built-in VCR 
& DVD. Bring your favorite movies or watch a few classics that we 
keep at the condo for your use or rent them at several spots close 
by. Just in case you get tired of all that sunshine at the beach, 
there are books and plenty of games like chess, checkers, Scrabble, 
Monopoly, Trivial Pursuit and many more. Local phone service is 
available PLUS high speed internet! Log on and go surfing.

The bedroom has a super comfy queen bed with good quality linens, 
pillows and comforter. New plantation shutters are on the bedroom 
window to provide light and privacy. The bathroom has a tub and 
shower, plenty of towels and a built-in hairdryer. We even include 
shampoo, conditioner, shower gel & body lotion!!

The condo has a big balcony which is almost 120 square feet!! There’s 
a gas BBQ, table, chairs and umbrella - perfect for enjoying early 
morning coffee and outdoor dining. No smoking in the condo but 
smoking is ok on the balcony. 

PARKING
The bottom two levels of "Top o’ the Beach" are reserved garage 
parking. That’s a VERY important benefit!! Parking is scarce at the 
beach and it’s nice to know you have your very own numbered, secure 
parking space!! An elevator operates between the garage and condo 
levels. Reserved parking is for ONE car. NOTE: Trucks, campers, RV’s, 
trailers or boats cannot be parked in the garage. Also, cars and 
SUV's over 6'8" high cannot be accommodated in the secure garage. We 
don’t recommend you bring more than one car because you will have 
trouble finding parking on the street.

If you haven't vacationed in San Diego before, you're in for a treat! 
If you are a repeat visitor, you already know why San Diego is known 
as "America's Finest City" and “California’s Hidden Gem” with the 
best weather year ‘round this side of Hawai’i!!

everything you would need to have a carefree, fun filled time at the 
beach. No kidding. Check out all that is included!! The kitchen is 
fully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove & oven, 
microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, plenty of 
dishes, glasses, silverware, utensils, pots and pans - even margarita 
and martini glasses! There are also spices, coffee beans, tea, 
kitchen towels, pot holders, napkins, place mats, paper towels, 
plastic wrap, aluminum foil, dish soap - even laundry soap and fabric 
softener for the coin operated washer and dryer in the secure garage. 
Just bring your food and drinks!! Headed for the beach? Grab the 
beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and beach umbrella -
all included!! We even have 2 very cool beach bikes for you to use!!

OTHER THINGS TO DO IN SAN DIEGO - BESIDES THE BEACH! Mission Beach is 
central to all the fun spots in San Diego!! 12 minutes to the San 
Diego International Airport, five minutes to Sea World, 20 minutes to 
Seaport Village, the Downtown Gas Lamp, Little Italy, Balboa Park and 
the famous San Diego Zoo. It’s a 40 minute drive north to the Wild 
Animal Park and Legoland. Posh La Jolla with all those expensive 
shops and restaurants is just 15 minutes north and you might also 
enjoy the Scripps Aquarium while you’re in La Jolla. In the summer, 
try your luck at the Del Mar Horse Racing Track - just 20 minutes 
north - or indulge in a margarita in Old Town just 10 minutes from 
Mission Beach. Take the red trolley to to our new baseball field 
downtown or to Tijuana, Mexico. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION If you want to 
leave your car parked, there is good bus service on Mission Blvd. 
that can get you all over San Diego and also connects to the red 
trolley.
