Description
|
|
Feeling the need to get away from it all? Need a break from the
noise of the city, or the stress of your job? Looking for a
romantic getaway?
Escape to a different time, where people are neighborly and relaxed,
and where the only noises you’ll hear are the gentle waves of a lake
and the soft tweaking of hummingbirds in the morning. Enjoy
spectacular mountain views, breathtaking Van Gogh-ish meadows, and
the picturesque beauty of the Canadarago Lake. Take a daily stroll
through the woods or go fishing in the lake. Read a good book on
the patio or get to work on that novel you’ve been plotting in your
mind. Bring your boat – there’s a boat launch just ½ block away or
use my raft (seats up to 4 persons).
So leave your troubles behind and come refresh your mind, body and
soul at a charming, cozy lakehouse in Richfield Springs, NY. Just
200 miles from New York City – it’s close enough to enjoy the scenic
drive, yet far enough to feel that you have escaped to a different
place and time!
The lakehouse is nestled in the woods and faces the Canadarago
Lake. It contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a large sunporch facing the
lake, living room with fireplace, fully stocked kitchen with Tuscan
marble floors, and a wonderful patio overlooking the lake, which is
great for barbeques! The house sleeps 4-5 people comfortably.
