Description

Seaside Cottage is one of the original beach cottages in this part of
Florida. Completely renovated while maintaining its original charm.
Located across the street from the ocean via a private walkway. The
cottage has 2 large wooden outside decks to enjoy the sunrise or
sunset and a large covered patio for entertaining. Large spacious
kitchen and open dining/living area. Central air conditioning and
heat plus ceiling fans in each room. During the winter months, open
the windows and listen to the ocean and feel the ocean breeze. Within
walking distance to restaurants, shopping and town center.

The cottage has two (2) Bedrooms, and sleeps a maximum of 5 people.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed, bedside table, chest of drawers
and closet. The Nautical bedroom has a flat screen color TV, which
is connected to satellite network. Each bed has ample pillows,
linens, comforter and quilt.
The living room has sleeping accomodations on two sofas. Living
room is equipped with a 32" flat screen color tevevision connected
to satellite and a DVD player.
There is an outside shower that is completely private and has both
hotand cold water. The shower is surrounded be a tropical garden
setting and is perfect for rinsing when returning from the beach.
The cottage is fully equipped with a gas grill and charcoal grill,
all linens, towels, beach chairs, kitchen appliances and utensils,
CD/Radio, washer/dryer/dishwasher, 1 car garage.

The cottage is centrally located near the towns of West Palm Beach
and Jupiter. There are many restaurants within walking distance.
Major shopping mall is 5 minutes away.
Orlando area attractions are a two hour drive (Walt Disney World,
Islands of Adventure, MGM, Sea World, Wet and Wild)
Nearby activities include: Fishing, Jet Skiing, Snorkeling, Sailing,
Diving, Deep-Sea Fishing, Live Theater, Childrens Playground,
Kayaking, Zoo, Shopping.
West Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is approximately 15 miles
