two or three couples. These Island Houses feature a living room,
dining area, music/sun room, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room
with washer and dryer, two story screened lanai, two bedrooms each
with their own private bath, walk in closet and balcony's over
looking the pool and lagoon with a dock to enjoy.
Your own pool and boat dock is just a few steps from your back door.
You can swim in your 20'x40' private pool surrounded by palm trees
with their branches gently swaying in the breeze. For those who would
rather lounge by the pool rather than swim, there is plenty
of deck furniture provided with a mixture of chairs, lounge chairs
and benches.
Each Island House is decorated to the owner's taste (formal/informal)
& some have additional amenities (air conditioning on the first
floor, different sizes beds in bedrooms (king, queen, double, TV in
Master Bedroom and/or the Guest Bedroom, Queen pull out sofa in
living or sun room, bicycles, kayak & equipment, snorkeling
equipment).
