This is the place everyone's heart goes "pitter-patter" with the 
amazing panoramic view of Lake Travis. (Better than the Oasis 
Restaurant's view)

Three bedrooms and a den that can be a fourth bedroom. All but two 
bedrooms are tiled. Fireplace for the winter visitors. A large roomy 
deck with a 100+ year old Oak Tree growing out of it. Off the master 
there is another large deck that connects with a stairway to the 
upper deck.

The bedroom setup is: Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, One Full 
in the second bedroom, two twins in the third bedroom and a sofa int 
the livingroom that could be slept on, but it is not a sofa sleeper. 
The Den has a futon. The Master suite has a private deck and large 
shower with view of the lake. 

This area is for those that want to be away from the city, and have 
a tranquil surrounding. Once here, you won't want to leave. (You'll 
be back!)
