This executive waterfront home is custom-built. It has a modern
fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher. Therer is a den
for quiet time may doubles as an extra bedroom). The master bedroom
features a sitting area with gas fireplace and an awesome view of
the water (complete with walkout deck). The living room has a large
gas fireplace and a built-in entertainment centre and the view is
simply magnificent. An attached spa, totally enclosed, opens onto a
large deck overlooking Georgian Bay (great for relaxing in the sun
or shade). The utility room contains a freezer and washer/dryer.

Hot tub, Roman tub, warming lamps in both bathrooms, self-cleaning
oven, waher/dryer, air conditioning, satellite dish, TV, VCR,
DVD,free local phone service, water treatment system (excellent
drinking water), decks front and aft (covered or open), firepit with
firewood supplied, natural gas BBQ, canoe, paddleboat, privacy.
Attractions
On the shore of Georgian Bay in the heart of Ontario's major tourist
destination. Swimming on the property and nearby sandy beaches.
Lots of opportunity for boating and water sports. Many local golf
courses. The Georgian Trail offers great biking, and hiking. The
slopes of the Niagara Escarpment have made this area a major ski
resort. Also, snowmobile trails, cross-country skiing and
snowshoeing.
We offer customized spa retreats throughout the year (arranged
through owner).
We rent on a weekly or monthly basis only. Reduced rates are given
for longer terms of stay. There is a refundable security deposit of
$500.00 for weekly stays and $1000.00 for monthly (or longer)
stays.A one-time cleaning charge of $125.00 is charged or the
renters may choose to do their own cleaning. Basic utility costs
are included on weekly and monthly rentals and are separate for
seasonl rentals.

Home Exchange
We would be open to home exchange opportunities. We are a couple
and our home would accommodate a family of 4 or 5. Good pets are
welcome and exchanges need not be simultaneous. We would definitely
be interested in exchanges to The British Isles (asap), Mexico,
Australia/New Zealand, U.S.A., British Columbia, Alberta, France,
Italy, and are open tp any other locations (world wide). We have 2
late-model vehicles which we would gladly include in an exchange.
We are both retired and thus, our time is flexible.
