The fully fitted kitchen includes a full size refrigerator with 
icemaker, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, and all the accessories 
you'll need to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick 
snack.  There is a separate laundry room with a washer/drier and all 
towels and linens are provided for your convenience.
The villa can accommodate 12 people in comfort. Cribs, high chair, 
and strollers are free and are available by request. A BBQ is also 
available on request free of charge.

of activity and entertainment Orlando area has to offer.

Situated in a prime location less than 10 minutes drive to Disney, 
Windsor Palms will make an ideal base for your Florida vacation. 
Conveniently located within two miles of the resort, you will find 
grocery stores, a 24 hour Wallgreens Pharmacy, many popular 
restaurants such as Outback, Red Lobster, Giordano’s Pizza, etc. For 
those who want emergency staples, there is a convenience store/sundry 
shop located on site at Windsor Palms clubhouse that is open until 
10:30 pm.
In addition to being minutes from Disney, this resort provides quick 
and easy access to all the main highways that lead to central 
Florida's attractions.
Windsor Palms has a stunning communal pool facility. The pool area 
consists of a large heated swimming pool, separate toddlers pool and 
a heated spa. Ample sun loungers and a large deck area with shaded 
tables and chairs make it a perfect spot for a days sunbathing. 
This resort features a stunning 7,500 square feet clubhouse 
incorporating: 
·	A 58-seat movie theatre, convenience store, DVD rentals, 
pool, table tennis, air hockey tables, arcade games, fitness centre, 
tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, resort size pool, 
hot tub, kiddy pool, playground, BBQ grills. These amenities are free 
of charge for the use of our guests.
·	Business centre with Internet access and photo printing in 
the clubhouse.
·	this upscale community is gated and has a guard in attendance 
24 hours per day. 

For a nominal fee there is a shuttle service to all the major theme 
parks and outlet malls which run daily from the clubhouse for those 
not wishing to drive.

Our Villa is located within 3 miles to Disney's gates, and is a mere 
7 minutes drive.
Universal studio's, Sea world, and other international drive

Sanford airport is only a 50 minutes drive

Low season – Nov through Mar - $1200 
High season – Apr through Oct - $1600 
13% Florida state tax will be added to the above prices. 
Pool/spa heat is available at $140 per week. 
Standard cleaning charges are included in our Rental rates. 
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking.
A refundable security bond of $400 is mandatory on all bookings.
