Desirable South Lake Rental. As of 7/7/08 dock has been moved to
deep water between 15-20 feet. You can walk (about 6-7 minutes) or
drive (about 1-2 minutes) to dock. Parking is very close to dock.

This tranquil south lake house is conveniently located within 5
minutes drive of Hwy 400 exit 16, boat ramps, Browns Bridge Road,
bait & tackle shops, gas & grocery and only 35-45 minutes from
downtown Atlanta.
There is a path down to the single slip covered dock with a swim
platform for lounging by the lake. Swim ladder off back of dock in
deep water cove. The extra wide cove is very close to Bald Ridge
Marina and Mary Alice Park and only a few more minutes to Lake anier
Islands, Cocktail Cove and the main channel of the lake yet tucked
away for great skiing, jet skiing or quiet boating. Good fishing
and sailing nearby.
After a day on the lake, enjoy grilling out on the oversized deck
with dining table while family and friends play bocce ball, croquet,
and Frisbee in the flat, grassy back yard or relax on the screened
porch and read a good book. Then retreat to the cozy, inviting
atmosphere of the exposed natural beam living room complete with
wood burning stove and TV with DVD/VCR. The full kitchen has newer
stainless steal appliances and gas range/oven. Afterwards, retire
to your extra large master suite with king bed (Sleep Number) and
full wall of windows. The other 2 bedrooms offer ceiling fans and
full sized beds (one is also a Sleep Number).
Only 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Cumming, antiques, great
restaurants, SuperTarget, Walmart, fast food, ice cream, movie
theatre, post office, library, banks and hospital. We provide lake
and road maps, local information and directions to our favorite
local spots.
Bring all your water craft, paved driveway available for trailers
and also aqua port for easy jet ski docking.
