Perched on an 11 acre bluff with panoramic views of the Atlantic 
Ocean, our cotage provides a serene setting for your Southern Maine 
vacation. Spacious grounds surround our cottage with its own 
spectacular view of the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge and the ocean 
beyond.  
        
Our cottage has two bedrooms with space for up to six guests.  It 
has AC, dishwasher, skylights, granite counter tops, hardwood 
floors, and sliding glass doors from the livingroom and master 
bedroom that lead onto a large 3 season screened-in porch with one 
of the best views in Wells
 

Two full size heated swimming pools, a children's wading 
pool, and a hot tub make our cottage the perfect getaway on the 
Southern Maine Coast. 

         Our Cottage is located in historic Wells, Maine, between 
the coastal resort towns of Ogunquit and Kennebunkport.  Wells is 
home to miles of white sandy beaches, over 45 antique shops and rare 
bookstores, as well as the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge and the 
nationally recognized Estuarine Reserve at Laudholm Farm.  The Wells 
Trolley makes it easy to get to the area's attractions, with 
regularly scheduled stops in front of our cottgae during the summer 
season.  The trolley also connects to the Amtrak station, providing 
easy access to the DownEasterner train line, connecting Boston, 
Massachusetts, and Portland, Maine.

(5-1 to 5-28 and 9-11 to 10-31) $1000/week - $160/night 

Mid Season  
(5-29 to 6-18 and 8-28 to 9-10) $1100/week $185/night

High Season  
(6-19 to 8-27) $1500/week $240/night

Policies

One (1) night deposit for reservations of less than 1 week 
Two (2) nights deposit for 1 week reservation 
Deposit must be paid on day reservation is made 
Damage deposit $250.00 upon check in 
If cancelled 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival, refund will be 
issued minus $ 50.00 service charge 
If cancelled less than 2 weeks of scheduled arrival, no refund 
unless unit is rented. A service charge of $50.00 will apply. 
No reservation will be shortened after arrival. Please note that we 
are not responsible for weather conditions or for unexpected health 
issues. 
Arrangements for late arrivals (after 7:00 PM) must be made in 
advance and before 3:00 PM on arrival date. 
We accept all major credit cards for payments. 
Sorry, no pets, trailer, or campers allowed.
