Description
|
|
Don't miss all the great activities of Summit County!
What an incredible view from this Buffalo Ridge condominium, located
in the Wildernest neighborhood above Silverthorne. Our spacious,
three bedroom, two bath, family condominium has one of the best
views the area has to offer. Enjoy your morning coffee (or evening
night cap) gazing out over Lake Dillon to the Keystone ski slopes or
in front of the wood-burning fireplace.Closer to home is a wetland
area below where moose and beavers are known to roam.
Looking for outdoor activities outside the ski season? Enjoy the
miles of hiking trails just minutes from the condominium. For
fishing or boating, you have your choice of the Blue River, Snake
River, and Dillon Reservoir. For the golf enthusiast, there are some
fabulous public golf courses in the area with links and mountain
style golf courses. Other outdoor activities in the area include
biking down the ski hills or through the hiking trails, horseback
riding, rafting, or sightseeing, to name a few. Just down the
mountain are the outlet malls, an abundance of restaurants, bars,
and local shops.
For your ski season planning - Five world-class ski areas are within
close proximity to our condominium. Catch the Stage (free bus) just
outside the condominium entrance for free transportation to A-Basin,
Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Keystone Ski Resorts. Vail and
Beaver Creek are about 30 minutes west on I-70. The local favorite,
Loveland, is about 15 minutes east on I-70, just through the
Eisenhower Tunnel. For a little extra drive, Steamboat Springs is 90
minutes away. If you want another winter adventure, there are miles
of hiking trails just a five minute walk away to enjoy snowshoeing,
winter hiking, or cross country skiing.
Our spacious condominium comfortably sleeps eight people - no one in
a sofa bed. The Master has a queen bed. The second bedroom has two
twin beds. The open loft (third bedroom) has two twin beds and a
bunk bed. The fully-equipped kitchen is stocked with the basic
essentials for your cooking needs. No need to eat out for every
meal. The dining room table seats six and three more (or the kids)
can sit at the breakfast bar.
All guests have full use of three clubhouses - included in the rate!
They all include a heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and game
room. There is a racquetball court at one and an outdoor tennis
court for use outside the snow season. An added bonus that you will
not find at many locations is a reserved covered parking space for
your use. Additionally, the laundry facilities are located within
the same building.

Home Exchange |
|
We will certainly consider an exchange. This is our second home so
we do not have a car to offer. We love to travel and will consider
destinations in other countries, especially Europe. Exchange does
not necessarily have to be simultaneous. We are a family of four (2
smaller children), non-smoking, no pets. Our primary home is in the
Chicago area and would consider a simultaneous exchange there.
