This condo complex is the most prestigious in all of Frisco! It is 
the tallest bld with manigicent views of the mountains and the lake 
from every window. This cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 7. It 
features a "pine cone lodge theme" and is decoraded to give you that 
true mountain experience. This unit was the "show condo" for the 
Towers rentals. 

The master has a queen size bed with a "therapeutic mattress" and its 
own private bath. The second bedroom has a unique bunk with the lower 
bed being much larger. The couch pull out to a queen size bed.

The kitchen is open to the family room and has all the accessories 
for a gourmet cook. 

No climbing stairs! This is the only condo in Frisco with an 
elevator. 

You will have your own private garage with bikes and sleds.

There are games, toys and DVD's. Yes, we have high speed internet 
available and a upgraded cable package. 

It comes complete with a washer and dryer! ....Yes even a massage 
chair! 

The spacious kitchen has all the cookwear, linens, crockpots, roaster,
blender, lg electric skillet, oven, microwave, dishwasher,  toaster 
oven and coffee maker. 

The dining room seats 6 and the breakfast bar seats 3. 

The balcony overlooks Lake Dillion and the surrounding mts. It has a 
table for outside dining. 

There is a grill by the hot tubs that you can see from the balcony. 

There is a discount card for the numerous restaurants, many in 
walking distance. 

There is a phone and cable jack for the internet. 

The fireplace is in view of the familyroom, kitchen and dining room.

Summer time....walkout of the condo and your on the bike trails. The 
lake is right in front of you! Take the 26 mile ride around the lake 
on your bike or just sit and fish. 

Take the kids to the Alpine Slide, horse back riding, rafting and of 
course, golfing!

Winter....your only 5-10 minutes away form 5 great ski 
area's...Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mts., Keystone and 
Loveland. Your about 25 minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek. 

Take the sleds and tubs in the garage for a spin.

All year round the shipping is great. You will love Downtown Frisco, 
with all its quaint shops. 

The outlet mall is only 5 minutes away in Silverthorne. There is even 
a Walmart in walking distance. 

The jazz, wine, art and music festivals are only a few of the many 
free activities always going on.
