of Pacifica, 15 minutes from Embarcadero, San
Francisco and 15 minutes from San Francisco
International Airport (SFO). This house is situated on
a hill point of the Pacific Ocean, on the west side of
Highway 1. Enjoy the wonderful Ocean and hill views.
Surfers!!! Check how high the waves are from your
window. This house is just a block down from the
waves. 

The house is located in the upper floor of the property and it has 
been recently remodeled, furnished and equipped with new appliances. 
The large living/dining room/kitchen area has curved
windows that enhance the panoramic view of the city.
Double door open out to a large balcony that surrounds
the front of the house. There are 3 bedrooms and two
bathrooms plus a sala equipped with an Air Hockey
table. 
The lower floor is an occupied independent living space that is not 
included in this rental.

Security Deposit: A $1,000.00 deposit is required to
confirm your reservation.  This deposit will be
returned to you after your stay provided the premises
and its contents are left in an acceptable manner and
