The cottage is filled with light and warmth from the large windows 
and skylights, giving tree framed ocean and forest views.  Enjoy 
sights and sounds of the sea from 2 private decks.
The cottage is located across highway 101 from Arcadia State Park 
which has a gentle trail to the beach.  
You will sleep like a baby in this private, peaceful getaway!

The cottage has been updated with many new furnishings.
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, woodstove, bedroom with 
one king size bed, single jacuzzi tub, and a TV/VHS/DVD player with 
movie selections.   A hide-a-bed sofa in the living room 
accommodates 2 additional guests.  There is a BBQ and outdoor 
seating for 4 during summer months.

The Oregon Coast has some of the most spectacular scenery there is.  
We are surrounded by scenic parks, award winning restaurants, and 
ocean fresh local seafood.  There is plenty to do in the area 
including beachcombing, hiking, golf and tennis, EVOO Cooking 
School, day spas, shops and galleries, fishing, surfing, live 
theatre, and free summer concerts in the park. You can find all this 
and more in Cannon Beach, Oregon!

Rates $160-$220 and do not include local taxes. We suggest making 
reservations well in advance.  A deposit of one night’s lodging is 
required at time of reservation.  Full payment is required within 30 
days of arrival date payable by check or credit card.
Cancellation Policy:  Deposits are refundable provided cancellation 
is made no later than thirty days prior to scheduled arrival date.   
If less than thirty days notice, refunds are only for days we are 
able to rebook.  There is a $25.00 service charge on all 
cancellations.
